Role Overview

  • Opexor is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to implement application delivery pipelines, build automation, release workflows, artifact management, deployment scripting, environment configuration, and operational troubleshooting. 
  • The role will support CI/CD implementation across Java Spring Boot, React JS, React Native, Kony Visualizer, and IBM IIB / ACE workloads



Key Responsibilities

  • Implement application CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps YAML pipelines.  
  • Build and maintain pipeline tasks for build, test, package, scan, publish, deploy, and rollback.  
  • Support Java Spring Boot and Maven-based pipeline automation.  
  • Support React JS, React Native, Kony Visualizer, ANT, npm, and yarn build workflows.  
  • Support IBM IIB / ACE BAR file packaging and deployment automation.  
  • Implement artifact naming, versioning, tagging, and promotion standards.  
  • Create deployment scripts and rollback procedures.  
  • Configure environment-specific variables, parameters, and deployment settings.  
  • Troubleshoot pipeline failures, agent issues, build errors, permissions, and environment connectivity.  
  • Support integration of DevSecOps scan tasks into application pipelines.  
  • Prepare technical runbooks and support hands-on knowledge transfer

Required Skills and Experience

  • 7+ years of technology experience.  
  • 5+ years of CI/CD pipeline implementation experience.  
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps YAML pipelines.  
  • Experience with Git, repository management, branching, pull requests, and merge controls.  
  • Strong build automation experience with Maven, ANT, npm, yarn, or equivalent tools.  
  • Experience with Java Spring Boot application build and deployment.  
  • Experience with JavaScript, React JS, or React Native build processes.  
  • Familiarity with Kony Visualizer is preferred.  
  • Familiarity with IBM IIB / ACE BAR file build and deployment is preferred. 
  • Strong scripting skills in Bash, PowerShell, Python, or equivalent.  
  • Experience with artifact repositories, versioning, deployment automation, and rollback.  
  • Working knowledge of DevSecOps scanning tools and quality gates.  
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Linux, Windows, networking, certificates, and agents.  



Required Certifications

  • Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert.  
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.  
  • Certified Kubernetes Administrator, CKA, is a plus.  
  • Kubernetes and Cloud Native Associate, KCNA, is a plus.  
  • DevOps Foundation or equivalent certification is a plus.
