Cookie Policy
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage and session storage, keep information in your web browser in the same way. This policy explains which of these technologies the Opexor website uses and why.
What This Website Stores When You Browse
Browsing this website places strictly necessary cookies on your device: one that records your cookie choice and, when our security provider checks a visit, one that records that the check was passed. Depending on your choices, it may also store an item in your browser and set analytics cookies:
• Cookie consent (strictly necessary): The cookie cookieyes-consent records whether you accepted, rejected or customised cookies, so the cookie banner is not shown again and your choice is respected. It is set on your first visit and lasts for one year. It cannot be switched off, because the website needs it to honour your choice.
• Security check (strictly necessary): Cloudflare, which delivers and protects this website, may set the cookie cf_clearance after checking that a visit comes from a person rather than an automated program, so the check is not repeated. It lasts up to one year, is used only for security and cannot be switched off.
• Theme preference (functional): If you use the Dark mode switch, your choice of light or dark display is kept in your browser as the item opexor-theme. If you have allowed Functional cookies, it is kept in local storage until you clear your browser data; otherwise it is kept in session storage and removed when you close the browser tab. It is never sent to us.
• Website analytics (analytics, optional): If you allow Analytics cookies, Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_<ID>. They distinguish visitors and keep track of the current visit, so Opexor can see in more detail how the website is used, for example which pages are visited and how people arrive. They last up to two years. Google Analytics is not loaded, and these cookies are not set, unless you allow Analytics cookies; if you later withdraw that choice, they are deleted.
Third-Party Services
Fonts and other page resources are served directly from this website, so browsing it does not load files from services such as Google Fonts. Two third-party providers are used. Cloudflare, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., delivers the website and protects it from attacks; every visit passes through its network. Cloudflare also provides Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views, referring websites, countries and page performance for all visitors without placing cookies or other storage on your device and without identifying or tracking individual visitors, and Cloudflare Turnstile, which protects the contact form and the sign-in, registration and password-reset pages from automated abuse. Turnstile loads only on pages that contain one of these forms, does not read what you type and is not used to track or profile you. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy and Turnstile Privacy Addendum. Google Analytics, provided by Google, measures in more detail how the website is used, but it is loaded only after you allow Analytics cookies; until then nothing is sent to Google. Its advertising features are switched off. See the Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Managing Cookies and Browser Storage
You can review or change your cookie choices at any time with the Cookie Preferences link at the bottom of every page. You can also set your browser to warn you before a cookie is stored, to block cookies, or to delete cookies and site data at any time. Each browser is different, so check your browser’s Help menu for instructions. Clearing site data also removes your theme preference.
Changes to This Policy
If the website begins to use additional cookies, such as advertising or testing cookies, this policy will be updated before they are used and, where the law requires it, your consent will be requested first.
Do Not Track
We do not currently support Do Not Track signals, as there is no industry standard for compliance.
